This small ceramic mommy and me pig set is beyond cute. This set is the same as our original listing, only bigger! You can put this mommy and me pig set anywhere in your home. Just make sure it's in a place where they will see you often - if left unnoticed, they might get sad.
Creating these small creatures is a lengthy process! These ceramic pigs are lovingly made out of a smooth, white clay body. For each little pig, a small amount of clay is rolled into a body. Then a cute little snout is formed and attached. After that, two ears are formed and attached, followed by a tiny, curly tail. Each little pig is underglazed in pink and deep blush colors, using tiny brushes. Then the eyes are added. If you look closely, you will see that you can see the white of their eyes, and their carved little nostrils! Finally, they are glazed fired at a temperature of more than 2000 degrees! I hope you love them as much as we do!
These little pigs come in a gift-wrapped box and work very nicely with the some of the small shelves/wall altars that I make. Ceramic shelf is not included.
Please note that every pig you order will have its own adorable personality and may be slightly different from the ones in these pictures, as they are handmade products made without any molds.
